Lim Wei Hui Desmond (2A3)
I learnt about the history of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education (WIPE). They have many facilities that were first class. We then went to visit Wuhan University. The library was very quiet, quieter than our school library.

Chia De Han (2E4)
The Wuhan Institute of Physical Education (WIPE) was very large. The Director welcomed us and presented us with gifts. We also visited Wuhan University. It was also very large. We went to the top of the school library which was at the highest point of the school. We had a paranoma view of Wuhan. After dinner, we went shopping. I was late in meeting up with the rest and caused the whole group to get a scolding from the teachers. I felt guilty and went door to door to apologise to everyone. I felt even worse as they forgave me.

Ong Yi Lin (2E4)
The school (WIPE) was very big. Even the lake belongs to them. After that, we went to University of Wuhan. It has a library which was several stories high. On the way back to the hotel, we used the pedestrian crossing. The ‘Green Man’ was flashing but still there were vehicles that did not stop.

Ong Yan Lin (2E3)
Today we had breakfast very late. We had KFC. Then we went to tour Wuhan Institute of Physical Education (WIPE). The Director welcomed us and shared with us the history of China and the school. The way he talked was very interesting and there was much laughter. We then went for a tour around the school. It was very large and tiring. Then we went back to the hotel to rest. Lunch and dinner were very delicious and we girls ate more than the boys. Then we went to University of Wuhan (ranked fourth among all the universities in China). At night, we went shopping and we learnt that we have to stay together as a group as this is not like Singapore.

Seshan S/O Veerappan (1E1)
Today we went to Wuhan Institute of Physical Education (WIPE) and Wuhan University which were 100 times bigger than our school. The buildings were beautiful and magnificent. Both of them looked like newly opened museums. The other students and I will be studying WIPE for the next four days. I can’t wait.

Adam Lim Jun Ting (2E4)
The tour at WIPE was very tiring. The campus consists of many different facilities for many sports. We headed to Wuhan University for a tour. It has a very big garden and we saw a very large beetle which made a lot of noise when it flew. After dinner, we went shopping. I bought a pair of shoes. De Han was late when we had to gather at the arranged time. He had to apologise to the teachers. Poor thing!

Patricia Ng Hui Yi (2E4)
Today we went to Wuhan Institute of Physical Education (WIPE). The school was really very huge and spacious. We had to walk quite a distance to reach the school from the hotel. At the school, we were told that WIPE offers many courses. When we reached the school, the Director welcomed us with a speech. After that, we exchanged gifts and took a group photo. They were really kind and two of their students were our guides. They accompanied us throughout the visit and cracked jokes with us.

Lee Soon Huat (2E4)
Today’s breakfast was KFC burger. After that we went to visit Wuhan Institute of Physical Education (WIPE). After the visit, we went back to the hotel to rest. After lunch, we visited Wuhan University. It was really huge. The dinner was delicious. After dinner, we headed to the shopping centre that specializes in sports apparel. It was opposite our hotel. I bought a pair of track shoes at RMB 199.

Tan Song Leng Edwina (2E3)
The Wuhan Institute of Physical Education (WIPE) is very big. It consists of many different schools. They have students of different ages, from pre-school to junior college. We felt shocked as the place was really huge. We felt so tired after touring the place.

Lim Li Jun (2E3)
Before visiting the Wuhan Institute of Physical Education (WIPE), there was some problem with breakfast. We had to wait for a long time. Luckily, the problem was resolved. After that we went to visit Wuhan Institute of Physical Education (WIPE). I have learnt that the teachers there specialize in teaching only one subject. Some of the students have been studying there ever since they were four years old. They dare not disobey their teachers, unlike Singaporean students.

Tan Dolbie (2E3)
I have learnt how the students at Wuhan Institute of Physical Education (WIPE) study. When they told me about their very tight timetable, I was quite shocked. I can imagine how tiring it is. I then noticed how lucky I am to be able to study in Singapore. After dinner, we went shopping. It was really fun. The things were cheaper compared to Singapore.

Yip Poh Mun (2E4)
We visited the Wuhan Institute of Physical Education (WIPE). It was a beautiful school and was divided into nine schools. The school was so huge compared to our school in Singapore. Later we went to tour Wuhan University. It has a very big library which was several stories high. I am lucky to experience all these. I am looking forward to going to the school again tomorrow!

Jesslin Tan Jie Ling (2E4)
First day at WIPE! The school is big, really big. The tour around the school was rather tiring but fun too. We visited Wuhan University in the afternoon. It was even bigger than WIPE. Therefore it was even more tiring. However, the scenery is beautiful. The food today was great. Yumyum! I am looking forward to studying at WIPE tomorrow.

Ang Shangsheng (1E1)
We visited the Wuhan Institute of Physical Education (WIPE). The school is twenty or thirty times bigger than our school. I did not know why but I felt so itchy when I was in the Wuhan University. Today’s dinner was the most delicious. I had a haircut today and it was nice and cheap.

Toh Yu Xiang (2E3)
This is another long day in Wuhan. We visited Wuhan Institute of Physical Education (WIPE). The Director welcomed us. He was interesting and humorous. When we were at Wuhan University, my leg started getting itchy. Some of my friends also became itchy too. The university is very large, too big to walk actually. I will not forget the Director, as he is like me, very funny.

Ong Ying Yu (2E4)
Today, we had KFC burger for breakfast. It was very yummy. It had an egg, unlike Singapore. After that, we went to visit Wuhan Institute of Physical Education (WIPE). The place was very large. School in Singapore do not have so much space as we are just a small island. We then went back to the hotel. By the way, today’s food was terrific. Yummy! After resting, we boarded the bus to Wuhan University. It was also very big. I was also bitten by lots of insects. I did not buy anything today.

Carol Chin Xinyi (2E4)
Today was a visit to Wuhan Institute of Physical Education (WIPE). The school was extremely huge compared to our school. There were different schools for various subjects. The Director gave a long speech. Two students from the school became our tour guides. They introduced us to the different facilities.

Soh Khee Siang Angus (2E4)
I was surprised to see that Wuhan Institute of Physical Education (WIPE) is so big. It had a big lake and very spacious. At night, we went shopping. I bought a pair of shoes finally. But something we did not expect actually happened. De Han went “missing”. We learnt not to neglect each other.

Aloysius Lim Bai Jun (2E3)
Today we went to Wuhan Institute of Physical Education (WIPE) and Wuhan University. It was very interesting and the scenery was very nice. We went back to the hotel. The dinner was delicious. After that we went to a shopping centre. “Advice” was given to me by Ms Lee. Everyday, I will get ‘advice” from Ms Lee.

Tan Jian Kuo (2E2)
Ms Lee, you told us the experience with the little girl you saw yesterday. I pity the girl. What you have said today is really true. I am going to work hard for my exams because there are many children who want to study but have no chance to do so. Thank you, Ms Lee, for sharing with us this story. I am really touched.
